Tickets are now on sale for a special holiday concert featuring several “Gaither Family Homecoming” regulars.
The Takoma Adventist Hospital fund-raiser will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center, located adjacent to Greeneville High School. Proceeds from the event go to “Partners In Progress,” the hospital’s campaign to build a new EMS substation on campus.
The performance will feature the Isaacs and the Booth Brothers.
“If you follow the Gaither Family concerts, you will recognize these names,” Lindy Riley, executive director of the Takoma Hospital Foundation, said.
Last year's holiday concert featuring Christian singer-comedian Mark Lowry sold out days before the concert. “These artists have huge followings,” Riley noted. “We expect this year’s concert also to sell out, so I encourage everyone to get their tickets early.”
Tickets go on sale this week in the Forget-Me-Not Shoppe at Takoma Hospital, Carolyn's Hallmark, the Niswonger Performing Arts Center and James-Ben Studio and Gallery. For credit card sales, please call 636-0351 or 798-8136.
General admission tickets for this show will be $35 per person, but for groups of 10 or more, the price is only $25 per person.
Special VIP tickets are available for $100 per person, and include preferred seating, an invitation to a reception after the concert with the performers, a photo taken with the performers, and a CD. For group ticket sales of 10 or more, VIP tickets are only $90 per person.
