Area residents can receive a voucher for a free blood chemistry profile at this year’s Iris Festival, compliments of Takoma Regional Hospital.
Residents can stop by the Takoma Regional booth at the Iris Festival Saturday, May 15, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, May 16, from noon-5 p.m. The booth will be located on College Street near the Greeneville Light and Power Department. Only one voucher per person will be provided.
“We give away these vouchers every year because we are passionate about the health of our community,” Daniel Wolcott, Takoma’s president and chief executive officer, said. “As a faith-based institution, we are always looking for ways to touch and improve the lives of Greeneville and Greene County residents, following the example Jesus gave us with His healing ministry.”
The blood-work vouchers may be redeemed at the Takoma Medical Office Building, located at the corner of Takoma Avenue and Vann Road, on the third floor in the Outpatient Services Center until May 28.
