Classes for Expectant Families
To help families prepare for the arrival of their little miracle, Takoma offers a comprehensive set of prenatal classes discussing preparation, through delivery and postpartum.
Takoma Regional has a certified Lamaze Instructor who teaches relaxation, breathing and pushing exercises, as well as a Lamaze refresher class.
