A hospital stay can be extremely frightening for children. Fortunately at Takoma Regional Hospital, we work with highly qualified pediatricians to ensure that our pediatric patients receive the care they need while having as pleasant an experience as possible.
These efforts are supported by our team of outstanding dedicated nurses, who work tirelessly to help our young patients and their families. Our unit is designed to be a little like home in that each of our nine private rooms comes equipped with oversized sleeper chairs for parents, refrigerators and PlayStation 2’s.
