Intensive Care Unit
The Intensive Care Unit is a six-bed multidisciplinary care unit, located on the Third Floor of the hospital and provides 24 hour-a-day care to patients from infancy through geriatrics.
The Intensive Care Unit specializes in the comprehensive care of all critically ill patients with single and multiple system failure. Patients include those experiencing complex cardiac diseases, pulmonary, renal, neurovascular and orthopedic problems, including post-surgical, who require advanced medical, nursing or respiratory care. Close observation, telemetry monitoring and advanced technological services are offered.
ICU staff consists of licensed RNs who are ACLS certified.
