Eligibility
In order to qualify for Home Health Services you must: be confined to your home, be under the care of a licensed physician, hve someone who is willing to assist with your care and require intermittent skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.
Services
Skilled Nursing Care by Registered Nurses which are: PICC Line Certified; Wound Care; available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year-round
Registered nurses provide:
- Observation and Assessment
- IV Therapy
- Laboratory Specimens Collection
- Catheter Care and Instructions
- Wound Care and Dressings
- After Surgery Care
- Diabetes and Insulin Care
- Ostomy Care and Instructions
- Injection Administration
- Medication Prep & Teaching
- Patient Education
Home Health Aide provides:
Assistance with personal care
Other Services Offered
- Enterstomal Nurse
- Physical Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Medical Social Worker

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Payment
Medicare, TENN-CARE, private health insurance, Workman's Comp, auto insurance or private funds may pay for all or part of the Home Health charges. Our staff will work with you to determine what type of financial assistance you may be eligible for. All paperwork will be handled by the agency.
