From Johnson City:
- Take Hwy 11-E into Greeneville
- Go through Greeneville. You will pass the Theater and Gateway Ford on the left and then an Exxon Gas Station on the Right
- Take the 11-E Business/Hwy 70 South Exit, then turn Left on 11-E Business/Summer Street
- Turn Right at the first stoplight onto Asheville Highway (Hwy 70 South)
- Go about 1 mile & cross the railroad tracks and Main Street
- Go 3 blocks beyond Main Street and Takoma Regional Hospital main entrance & ER are on the Left
From Kingsport or Bristol:
- Take I-81 South to exit 36
- Turn Left onto Baileyton Road (TN 172) – Go about 12 miles
- Turn Right on Main Street (4 way stop)
- Go about 2.1 miles (through downtown) and Turn Left on Asheville Highway
- Go 3 blocks and Takoma Regional Hospital main entrance & ER are on the Left
From Knoxville (Morristown & Bulls Gap skip I-40):
- Take I-40 to I-81 North toward Bristol
- Exit I-81, at Exit 23 (Bulls Gap/Greeneville)
- Turn Right onto Hwy 11-E North
- Stay on Hwy 11-E for approximately 11.5 miles
- As you enter Greeneville there is an interstate exit like sign that says 11-E Business/Hwy 70 South – take that exit
- Stay to the Right as you exit. At the stoplight turn Right onto Asheville Highway (Hwy 70 South)
- Cross the railroad tracks and Main Street
- Go 3 blocks and Takoma Regional Hospital main entrance & ER are on the Left
From Asheville NC:
- Take I-26 West out of Asheville towards Weaverville and Johnson City
- Take Exit 19A toward Marshall & Hot Springs
- Merge onto US 25/US 70 towards Hot Springs
- At the Hot Springs turn off keep going straight. The road becomes NC 208.
- Go about 3.5 miles and turn Left at the stop sign to stay on NC 208.
- Go 5.6 miles and then you will cross into TN. The road then becomes Asheville Hwy/TN 70
- Continue North on Asheville Hwy/TN 70 15 miles.
- Takoma Regional Hospitals main entrance & ER will be 1/8th mile past McDonalds on the Right
